Cancellation and Refund Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation at least 15 days before the check-in date to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 15 days of the check-in date will be non-refundable.

For bookings during public holidays, weekends, or festive dates, a minimum 20-day notice is required for cancellation to be eligible for a refund.

All eligible refunds, if any, will be processed within 30 to 45 days from the date of cancellation confirmation.Please note that any service charges or fees are non-refundable.
